How does Geothermal work?
Below ground (8’-10’ deep), it is a constant 60-65 degrees Fahrenheit. Water/air inside a home can continuously circulate underground, through the tubing, transfer the heat/cold, and then flow back inside…so the house remains warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Our Local LEED Builder
Way Builders, a long-time & trusted General Contractor in Charlevoix, will construct our beautiful starter homes. All Green 3 Homes will have 2BD/2BA, with attached 2-car garage, a geothermal/solar system, battery storage, & EV charging. We collaborate on each build to improve our designs and use innovative, environmental solutions when we can. Though no two of our homes will be exactly alike, this floor plan is for our first build in early 2024.
